We have an experienced team for production, technology, management and quality. More than 40 die casting machines (Brand: IDRA, Bühler, LK etc.) with the capacity from 280T to 4500T are available for the production. Currently we are able to make the die cast part with a maximum weight of 40 kg. Fully automatic technologies including picking, spraying, release agent dosing are used in the production line. We master new casting techniques such as vacuuming, spot cooling and squeeze. We have achieved a highly efficient die casting, which ensures the product quality continuously. Our annual die casting capacity is 30,000 tons.
